Menu For The Week Of Monday, April 4th 2011



Shepherd’s Pie
A hearty dinner for a cold night, a thick crust covering layers beef, carrots, and potato




Pork Loin Roast With Garlic Mashed Potatoes
A generous portion of pork tenderloin with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.




Lemon Fettuccine With Chicken
A family favourite: a creamy, cheesy Alfredo dish with the tang of lemon zest




Marinated Flank Steak With Rice
Flank steak is cut into strips and sauteed with onions, then simmered for an hour with sliced mushrooms, and sherry, and served over rice.




Chicken Jambalaya
Savory and hearty, chicken and vegetables in a tangy sauce served with white rice.


The average portion is about 500 grams, which is enough for an adult with a big appetite,or someone with an average appetite and a couple of kids' servings too. Not to mention leftovers for lunch another day.

Price is $100, plus a $20 deposit on the containers if this is your first time ordering.

If you want delivery, charges are $5 for any address south of the river and $10 for north of the river and Sherwood Park.


Orders need to be placed on or before Wednesday March 30th in order to be ready for deliver on Sunday April 3rd.
